Take a look at the Riva Bahn (Chair 6) picture above.  We were stopped on this chair off/on for 20min looking at the smoke and watching downloaders being turned away when approaching the top.  Our longest stop was twice on tower 37 and I explained to my 4 year old we now had good luck stopping on a tower.  Stopping on tower number 37 is it 37 years, 37 days, 37 minutes or 37 hours of good luck?  If you happen to get chair #1 on any given lift how much good luck?

After coming down to the bottom I discovered I may need a bindings check before skiing again on these skis (picture above).

There are 2 map images above both from iPhone GPS apps.  The second one is taken from a KMZ Google Earth file which you can now view on Google Maps.  All you need to do is enter the URL of the KMZ file in the search field and you now have a Google Maps view.

What caused the smoke?…and what caused the binding to do that? Extreme skiing with a four-year old? :)

Interesting, but a lot of information for one run. LOL I must also agree that you are pushing a 4 year old a bit hard to blow a shoe….
